Yet another meal made of zucchinis. This time, it was for supper. An Asian spin to zucchini fritters, replacing the cheese with fish sauce and fried squid and the flour with cornstarch. This was pretty yummy, but we couldn't really taste the veggies very well. It had a really subtle taste. I'm slowly getting a hang of pan frying stuff, especially with the amount of pancakes/crepes I made. Haha, we also have a new spatula that helps a lot! It's much more flexible and user friendly than our past one.
